The blaxploitation homage/spoof sees White play an ex-CIA agent forced to return to the dark arts when an Italian mobster kills his brother and floods the streets with shonky liquor and cheap heroin.

Like some kind of sexy Hong Kong Phooey, Dynamite sets about the task in a blizzard of martial arts moves and accommodating ladies, but soon uncovers a conspiracy that runs all the way to the White House.
